Dear Mr. Lisciotto,
I am enclosing the Laboratory Analysis ~or the clearance air samples collected within the
above re~erenced ocation dUdng May i2, 2010,
Air samPling was conducted utilizing 37 mm, 0.8 micron 'pore size, mixed cellulose ester
sampling cassettes employing high volume air sampling pumps. A minimum of One
Thousand Eight Hundred (1800) liters of air was collected to provide a detection limit below
0.01 fibers per cubic centimeter (<0.0i f/CC). Ail samples were pre- and post-calibrated by
means of a precision rotomete~. Samp ngb anks were collected and submitted With the
area samples. Air Sample analys,l$ was acc0rding to NIOSH Analytical Method 7400 with
results reported as fiberspercub[c centimeter (f/cc). LaboratoryAnaiysis was performed
by an ELAP approved an~l NIOSH PAT profic ant ~boratory
Laboratory analysis for eac.h, collected sample indicated airborne levels below the current
Clearanc~ Air Cr tar a eetab shed by New York City and State and Federal Guidelines and
the area is therefore suifable for m-occupancy.
