Special Presentation: Touro Denise Marzano- Doty, senior attorney at the Senior Citizens Law Karen will be coordinating a LIGEC Law School Program at Touro presented with Amy Natsoulis. Also reported on potential development of a service directory in collaboration with NFWFW and Senior Options and Solutions. Mental Health Integration Next Wellness series 7/2, Options in Complimentary and Alternative Grant Medicine to Promote Health and Well Being by Nancy Gray. Next Senior Options and Solutions Learning Collaborative in Albany is scheduled for 7/13. Jay Slotkin, MD: Agency Reports Updated the group on the medical model program at San Simeon. Daphne Shuttleworth : Benefit for Alzheimer’s Assoc at Martha Clara Vineyards on 10/16. Due to special presentation regular agency reports were deferred this month. Philip Beltz, Special Projects Mt Beltz introduced the Town’s comprehensive plan, Southold 2020. Coordinator, Southold Town They will be asking for public input and steering committee reports to get information for the 14 chapters that will be part of the plan. One chapter will be specific to Human Services. Our next meeting is scheduled for 7/28/10. There will be no meeting in August.
