Description: Construct four greenhouses, two 14' x 100' hoop house type over wintering houses, and two 25' x 100' hoop house type greenhouses. The site contains an existing wholesale nursery business. Status: Final Approval Pending Inspection Action: Review draft letter & request for the Planning Board to grant final approval. Attachments: Request from Applicant & Draft Letter to Applicant with Attachments Project name: Bayberry Estates SCTM#: 1000-55-6-35, 55.-6-36, 56-1-1 Location: on the west side of Laurel Avenue, approximately 150 feet south of Yennecott Drive, in Southold Description: This proposal is for a Standard Subdivision of a 50.0609 acre parcel into 18 lots and two (2) open space parcels, where the lots range in size from 30,000 square feet to 30,248 square feet, with the open space parcels totaling 35.0227 acres, excluding the wetlands in the R-80 Zoning District. Status: Conditional Sketch Approval Action: Accept revised drainage maps – refer out to Town Engineer. Attachments: Staff Report/Timeline/Checklist Project name: Scharf, Charles & Amy SCTM#: 1000-81-3-25.1 &26 Location: Paradise Point Road, Southold Description: This revised proposal is to transfer 48,211sq. ft. from Lot 1 which totals 135,332 sq. ft. (SCTM# 1000-81-3-25.1) to Lot 2 which totals 94,446 sq. ft. (SCTM# 1000-81-3-26). As a result of this transfer, Lot 1 would be reduced in overall area to 87,120 sq. ft. and Lot 2 would increase in overall area to 142,657 in the R-80 Zoning District.
