A Special Meeting of the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS was
held at the Southold Town Hall Annex (Capital One Building), Conference Room, 54375
Main Road, Southold, New York.
Present were:
Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson/Member
Gerard P. Goehringer, Member
James Dinizio, Member
Ken Schneider, Member
Vicki Toth, ZBA Secretary
Absent was: George Horning, Member
6:05 P.M. Chairperson Leslie Kanes Weisman called the meeting to order and proceeded
with agenda items as follows:

B. SEQRA Review Pending: (Tabled, Additional Information to be submitted):

Motion to acknowledge the above SEQRA status as noted: by Chairperson Weisman,

commence at 9:00 A.M., Town Meeting Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold.
Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. (Member Horning was absent) This Resolution
was duly adopted 4-0.
B. Resolution Adopted: motion offered by Member Weisman (Chairperson),
seconded by Member Goehringer; to approve minutes from May 20, 2010
Regular Meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. (Member Horning was absent)
This Resolution was duly adopted 4-0.
C. Work Session: Other items continued from above Agenda, also
othedinspections or updates: Code Committee: Discussed Code Committee
Meeting. Handed out copy of possible amendments to Chapters 144 and 280
for member feedback; LWRP Committee; Planning & Zoning Committee;
Other: Discussed Heath application ZBA file #6351 and need for amended
decision regarding Covenants and Restrictions of landscaped buffer, amended
decision will be on for Resolution June 30, 2010 at the Regular Meeting.
D. Resolution Adopted: motion offered by Member Weisman (Chairperson),
seconded by Member Dinizio to schedule hearing #6319 & 6336, Penny (Tidy
Car), to August 26, 2010. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. (Member Horning was
absent) This Resolution was duly adopted 4-0.

adopted 4-0.
F. Resolution Adopted: motion was offered by Member Goehringer, seconded by

move forward, letter dated April 15, 2010. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All.

There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,
Chairperson Weisman declared the meeting adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 7:50
