All that certain plot, piece or pamel of land, with the building and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a monument at the point or place of Beginning; said monument being at
the southwesterly comer of the land of Barbara and Thomas R. Mercier and the
southeasterly comer of the land of Luke Saban. Said monument is also the following two
courses and distances from the intersection of the easterly line of Main Road, State Road
25 and the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue; (1) easterly from said intersection
