THIS INDENTURE, made the 20th day of May, Two Thousand Ten

EAST MARION COMMUNITY CHURCH, whose address is 10400 Main Road, East Marion,
New York 11939,
party of the first part, and
THOMAS BRISCHLER and JANINE BRISCHLER, husband and wife, residing at 9 Cedar Hill
Road, Miller Place, New York 11764,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the comer formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side
of Main Road, State Road 25, and the southwesterly side of a 40 foot wide right of way known
and designated as Cemetery Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly side of said 40 foot right of way known as
Cemetery Road, South 28 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds East, 227.25 feet to the northwesterly
side of a 30 foot right of way known as Cemetery Road;
THENCE along said 30 foot wide right of way known as Cemetery Road, South 60 degrees 13
minutes 00 seconds West, 100.00 feet to land now or formerly of Antonia Katsamanis and
Stomatis Katsamanis;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Antonia Katsamanis and Stomatis Katsamanis, North
29 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West, 223.10 feet to the southeasterly side of Main Road,
State Road 25;
THENCE along the southeasterly side of Main Road, State Road 25, North 57 degrees 54
minutes 05 seconds East, 102.22 feet to the monument first above mentioned and the point or
place of BEGINNING.

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of State Road 25 at the northwest comer of the lot
on which the Baptist Chapel now stands;
RUNNING THENCE southerly 230 feet, more or less;
THENCE westerly 80 feet, more or less;
THENCE southerly 200 feet, more or less;
THENCE westerly 40 feet, more or less;
THENCE northerly 200 feet, more or less;
THENCE westerly 220 feet, more or less;
THENCE northerly 30 feet, more or less;
THENCE 300 feet, more or less
THENCE 230 feet, more or less to the southerly side of State Road 25;
THENCE easterly along the southerly side of State Road 25, 40 feet, more or less, to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the rights of others including the general public to this subject property, which is
also sometimes known as Cemetery Road and designated as SCTM# 1000-031.00-10.00-016.000.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated August 9, 2005 and recorded August 29, 2005, in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 12406, Page 289.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
first above written.
