Trustee of The George K. Conant, Jr. GST Exempt Trust f/b/o Annie C. Schafly u/i/t dated February 29, 1984,
as amended, by deed, dated October 6, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on February
9, 2009 in Liber 12580 page 142.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to a. ny streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the cent_er lines thereof; TOGETHERwith the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assign, s~of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
