TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any s~'eets and roads

SCHEDULE "A"
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at East Marion in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of North Lane at the comer formed by the intersection
of the southerly side of North Lane with the easterly side of West Lane and from said point of
beginning South 86 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East 315.70 feet along the southerly side of
North Lane to the Westerly side of East Lane,
THENCE South 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East 65.68 feet along the westerly side of
East Lane to a point,
THENCE South 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West 130.00 feet along land now or formerly
of Jones to a point,
THENCE North 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West 35.46 feet along lands of Wilson to a
point,
THENCE South 58 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds West 130 feet still along lands now or
formerly of Wilson to a point on the easterly side of West Lane,
THENCE North 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West 209.35 feet still along the easterly side
of West Lane to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH whatever right, title and interest the party of the first part may have of, in and
to a right of way running from the premises hereinbefore described to Old Omhard Road and
thence northerly over Old Orchard Road to the Main Highway, and TOGETHER WITH whatever
other rights of way, if any, are appurtenant to the said premises.
SUBJECT TO whatever right of way over said premises may exist in favor of and running to
premises now or formerly of LeRoy G. Edwards and others, lying to the east of the premises
hereinbefore described.
TOGETHER WITH whatever right, title and interest the party of the first part may have as to an
easement to pass and repass over South Lane, East Lane, West Lane and North Lane out over
Sylvan Drive and Old Orchard Lane to the main road for the purpose of access to said premises
from said highway.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use the beach along Gardiner's Bay as hereinafter described for
bathing and similar purposes with an easement for a right of way over the path leading from South
Lane to said beach.
The beach of which the use is granted to the party of the second part and the right of way leading
thereto is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument at a point on the southeasterly line of South Lane which is
distant when measured along said line, 67.34 feet northeasterly of the northeasterly line of land now
or formerly of Flora E. Gernannt; and
RUNNING THENCE South 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East, 177.68 feet to a concrete
monument;
THENCE southwesterly a straight line 67 feet, more or less, to the point on the northeasterly line
of said land now or formerly of Gemannt, which point is distant 178.94 feet southeastdrly of
South Lane when measured along Gernannt's land;
THENCE South 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East along said land now or formerly of
Flora E. Gemannt, 67.71 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay;
THENCE northeasterly along said ordinary high water mark, 150.82 feet, more or less, to the point
of its intersection with a line drown on the course South 31: degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East
from a concrete monument on the southerly line of South Lane distant 77.75 feet northeasterly from
the point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West, 56.87 feet, more or less, to
a concrete monument;
THENCE southwesterly a straight line 70 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument;
THENCE North 31 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West .179.37 feet to a monument on the
southerly side of South Lane; and
THENCE South 42 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West' along South Lane, 10.41 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
This correction deed adds the right to use the beach along Gardiner's Bay which was erroneously
omitted from the deed dated May 9, 2000 and recorded June 20, 2000, in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk.
