ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as and by the Lot No. 23 on a certain map entitled, "Map
of Subdivision Willow Point", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
6-16-66 under the Map No. 4652, said lot being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Willow Point Road, said point
being distant 105.00 feet northeasterly as measured along the northerly side of
Willow Point Road from the extreme Easterly end of a curve connecting the
northerly side of Willow Point Road and the easterly side of Bay Home Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 11 degrees 20 minutes 20 seconds West along the

a dredged canal;
