Furthermore, this deed is issued in compliance with the Southold Town Planning Board Resolution dated September 22, 2008 which approved this conveyance as a lot line change to subtract the property transferred herein from Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-040.00- 01.00-023.000 owned by the party of the first part, Village of Greenport and to add and merge said property into Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-040.00-01.00-003.001 which is owned by the party of the second part, County of Suffolk. BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the same premises described in the deed to the party of the first part herein from Dorothy Ann Lockhart, mother and Dorothy Ann Lockhart, daughter and Irving C. Webb, dated September 11, 1936 and recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk on November 9, 1936 in Liber 1891 page 327. .TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to all streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, and the ponds, marshes, rivers, lakes, creeks, waters, and lands under water located in, upon or adjoining the above described premises, and all littoral, riparian and shore rights in any way pertaining or belonging thereto; TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, that the party of the first part has in and to any strips and gores between the above described parcel and adjoining owners.
