Dear Ms. Tetrault,
Thank you for conducting the inspection requested in reference 1, and for the copy of
Reference 2 that you provided in your office yesterday afternoon.
Following our discussion I met with Ms. Julie Tsai and she advised me that she has
decided to retain a NY State licensed land surveyor who will be assisted by a recognized
environmental consultant. Their remit will be to revise the survey of the subject property
that was attached to Referencel to include the information mentioned in Reference 2 and
Chapter 97 of the Town Code cited as "Wetlands Law of the Town of Southold'.
We look forward to being in contact when the revised survey is available.

Dear Ms. Tsai:
Thank you for meeting with our office on the above referenced sites on
September 21, 2004.
As per our discussion on site I just want to clarify that you will need to apply to the
Board of Town Trustees for building on all of the 3 lots. There are areas which are
identified as low lying seasonal wetlands with Red Maple and Phragmites found on the
lots.
The Trustees will need a survey with the wetland line flagged and put onto the survey
before they can give you any more information about what is allowed there and permits
will require a full review. Please reference Chapter 97 of the Town Code for information
on wetland permit.
