Allison, which deed was dated January 7 , 1930, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1477 of deeds, at page 196 on January 9, 1930, and SUBJECT to the covenants of restriction and conditions as set forth in said deed, among others the covenant to pay the sum of five dollars per year to Gardner's Bay Company, Inc. , or its assigns, on January 1st of each year for the use of the beach and the waters adjacent to said development.
