A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9/bnn).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Commemial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance from arehitect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirelnents.

Violation Notice
To ~Vhom This May Concern:
Following a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy inspection on the above referenced
property, I have determined that the structure is unsafe, pursuant to 100-3(A) of the
Southold Town Code.
§ 100-3. Unsafe buildings and premises prohibited A. Unsafe buildings.
All buildings or structures which are structurally unsafe, dangerous, unsanitary or
not provided with adequate egress or which in relation to existing use constitute a
hazard to safety or health by reason of inadequate maintenance, dilapidation,
obsolescence or abandonment are, severally, for the purpose of this chapter,
unsafe buildings. All such buildings and structures are hereby declared to be
illegal and are prohibited and shall be abated by repair and rehabilitation or by
demolition and removal in accordance with the procedures of this chapter.
Therefore, you have 10 days from the receipt of this letter to secure or remove the
building or rehabilitate the premises.
