Reserving to the grantor and the grantor' s successors in title with
respect the premises contiguous to and east of the above described
subject premises, including a reasonable number of adult accompanied
guests of the grantor or her successors in title of the contiguous
Easterly premises, a pedestrian easement to pass and repass on foot
and/or carrying a small boat, over the northerlymost 180 feet by 50
feet portion of the right-of-way described in a certain deed from
Schwartz to Woglom dated October 2 , 1980 , recorded at Liber 8893 page

be utilized during daylight hours only and upon the condition that
any said use of said pedestrian right-of-way by the grantor or her
successors in title as aforesaid or guests shall hold harmless the
grantees and their successors in title of the subject premises from
all claims for damages or injuries on account the use of the
pedestrian right-of-way reserved hereunder unless said damages or
injuries are caused by the gross negligence of the grantees or their
successors in title.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Deed dated February 27, 1981 , and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on March 10 , 1981 , in Liber
8971 CP 73 .
