WITNESSETH, that whVas 12 letters of admini4t7ation were issued??o the party of t20first part
by the Surrogate's Court Suffolk County, New York on Aug. 27 , 1996 and by virtue
of the power and authority given by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of
NO MONETARY CONSIDERATION

DISTRICT paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
473689 release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
SECTION ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
31 lying and beings at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York and more particularly described as follows:
BLOCK BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sound Avenue at the intersection
2 of said easterly side of Sound Avenue and the northerly line of property now or
formerly of Edmund T. Rackett; thence running northerly along said Sound
LOT Avenue 90 feet; thence easterly along other land now or formerly of George S.
15 Nowell 157 feet to land now or formerly of Elizabeth A. Nowell; thence southerly
along said land now or formerly of Elizabeth A. Nowell to a point in a line
running parallel to the northerly line of the premises hereby conveyed and 160
feet from the easterly line of Sound Avenue to the point of beginning; thence
running westerly along said land now or formerly of Edmund T. Rackett 160
feet to said Sound Avenue to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same property conveyed by Robert
H. Preston to Albert W. Purinton, Deceased, by deed dated January 26 ,
1967 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 1 , 1967
in Liber 6120 at Page 288 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the'second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
,The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whcne.,er the sense of this indenture so requires.
