Fabb of Twin Fork Landscape Contracting, received on April 29, 2010, and stamped approved on May 19, 2010. Special Conditions: None. Inspections: Final inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required. We will distribute approx 140 cubic yards of sand. The sand is onsite from the town drainage correction conducted on Duck Pond road restored by the Joint Industry Board of Electrical Industries Education & Cultural Holdings. So there will be no need to truck in sand it is present on the property. The 140 cubic yards of sand will be distributed by our equipment, a pay loaders/skid loader on site on the property. We will re-vegetate with indigenous sea material such as, Sea-grass, Bayberry and Rosa Ragosa. This repair is necessary to restore the seawall to its original landscape prior to the winter storms.
