Said reservation shall remain in force and be in effect for so long as the lands conveyed hereby (subject to an easement owned by the County of Suffolk recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 9378 of Deeds at Page 347) shall be wholly or partially used for agricultural purposes and practices as the same are defined by the provisions of the Agriculture and Markets Law. OrQrilittg to party of the second part all of the party of the first part's right, if any, to the benefit of a certain negative covenant reserved in the deed conveying the Wetlands whereby the Grantee of said Wetlands, its successors and assigns agrees that it shall not allow any use of the Wetlands which would be inconsistent with the maintenance of the integrity of the earthen dike, irrigation ponds and wetlands, recognizing that the economic viability of the premises conveyed hereby is dependent upon the physical condition of the Wetlands. All as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Lands to be acquired Pursuant to Section 3-0305 of the Environmental Conservation Law, Project Q-TWL Suffolk 13, Long Beach Bay Tidal Wetlands, situate in Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, dated 11/22/88 by Howard A. Young, licensed land surveyor, N.Y. Reg.
