RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly line
of said proposed 60 foot Right of Way 71.92 feet to a point in the southerly line of
said proposed 60 foot Right of Way;
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly through other land of the party of the first part on a
curve to the left with a radius of 20.00 feet (said curve connecting the southerly
line of said 60 feet proposed Right of Way with the easterly line of the 50 foot
Right of Way herein described) a distance of 33.09 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 15 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds East still through lands of the
Harty of the first part and along the westerly line of land now or formerly of Ralph
