in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 11 ,
1975 as Map No. 6266 said lot being more particularly bounded
and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of The Strand where
the same is intersected by the division line between LotEr-137
and 138 on said map, said point also being distant 107 . 47 feet
westerly as measured along the northerly side of The Strand from
the westerly end of a curve joining the westerly side of The Long
Way with the northerly side of The Strand, said curve has a radius
of 20 .00 feet and a length of 31 . 42 feet;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
westerly side of The Strand, southwesterly along curve bearing
to the left on a radius of 60 .00 feet a distance of 180 . 00 feet
to the division line between Lots 137 and 136 .
THENCE along said division line between Lots 137 and 136 the following
2 courses and distances:
1) north 52 degrees 04 minutes 54 seconds west 237. 31 feet;
2) north 56 degrees 00 minutes 14 seconds west 179 .58 feet to
the approximate high water mark of Long Island Sound;
THENCE along a tie line drawn across the approximate high water
mark of Long Island Sound, north 32 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds
east 72 . 00 feet to the division line between Lots 137 and 138;
THENCE along said division; line between Lots 137 and 138 the
following 3 courses and distances :
1) south 55 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds east 178 . 88 feet;
2) south 54 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds east 238 .28 feet;
3) south 13 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds east 45 .00 feet to the
northerly side of The Strand at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to grantors
herein by deed dated September 19 , 1975 , and recorded September
25 , 1975 in Liber 7915 , cp158 .
