M. Krull and Rosemary Krull, his wife, 119 feet, more or less, to
land of James F. Douglass, the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right to use in common with others a certain Right
of Way 16 feet in width, running from the premises herein described
over the easterly portion of property lying to the north thereof
belonging to Charles M. Krull and Rosemary Krull, his wife (adjoining
land now or formerly of James F. Douglass) , and
TOGETHER with a right to use in common with others a certain Right
of Way 16 feet in width, over land conveyed by Maud E. Latham to

of Way twenty feet in width running from the northeasterly corner
of premises conveyed by Maud E. Latham to Paul K. Daland and Thelma
W. Daland over lands of James F. Douglass, adjoining lands now or
formerly of George Douglass and other land of Davis on the north
about 180 feet to a point 16 feet easterly from the westerly line
of land of Carl King and a Right of Way in common with others, 16
feet in width over said land of Carl King, from said 20 foot right
of way, northerly to King Street.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by deed dated June 18 , 1986 , recorded June 25 ,
1986 , in Liber 10066 , page 247 , at the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
