Constant and Mel Phaff Leslie Tasca attended as Admin. Assistant and Jennifer Andaloro,
Asst. Town Attorney also attended the meeting.
Action on the Mamh minutes were postponed until May.
The engineering report of the Ramone property conducted by the engineer hired by the Town Board was
reviewed and discussed. This report was to determine if the present structure is unsafe and needs to
demolished or if the structure is sound enough to allow additions. This report and the entire application was
reviewed and discussed pdor to the Public Hearing on the application for demolition.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:45 to prepare for the 4:00 PM Public Headng at Town Hall for the Ramone
demolition application.
