foreclosing a mortgage recorded on the 22nd day of July, 1987 in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 13114 of Mortgages, Page 167, which mortgage
was extended by Agreement

Clerk of the County of Suffolk in (Liber) *eXX (RM)K 15444 of mortgages,
at page 310 in pursuance of ajudgment entered at a Special Term Part Il of the Supreme Court of
the State of New York, Suffolk County, Index number 95-22598 on December 15, 1995
and in consideration of TEN THOUSAND and 00/100 ($10,000.00)
Dollars paid by the grantee,being the highest sum bid
at the sale under said judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the grantee,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Rocky Point Road where the same is
intersected by the northerly line of land of Vrotsos and Bizakis, said point being distant 80.13 feet
northerly from a concrete highway monument;
RLNNING THENCE North 08 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West along the easterly line
of Rocky Point Road, a distance of 80.00 feet to other lands now or formerly of Vrotsos & Bizakis;
THENCE along said other lands now or formerly of Vrotsos & Bizakis, North 81 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 210.35 feet to land now or formerly of Edwin H. King;
THENCE South 08 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East along last mentioned land, 80.00 feet
to the northeast comer of land of Vrotsos and Bizakis;
THENCE South 81 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West along last mentioned land, 210.29
feet to the easterly side of Rocky Point Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
