This application must be filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Building Department with the following:
A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S-9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/t 0 of 1% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.
B. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses:
1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic
features.
2. A properly completed application and consent to inspect signed by the applicant. If a Certificate of Occupancy is
denied, the Building Inspector shall state the reasons therefor in writing to the applicant.

The following resolution was adopted by the Southold Town
Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, January 11, 1993.
WHEREAS, Brewer Yacht Yard at Greenport, Inc. is the owner
of the property known and designated as Brewer Yacht Yard
SCTM~1000-43-3-2, located at S/W/C Manhanset Avenue and Beach
Road; and
WHEREAS, a formal application for the approval of this site
plan was submitted on October 21, 1992; and
. WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the
State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617,
declared itself Lead Agency and issued a Negative Declaration on
Dece~er 14, 1992; and
WHEREAS, a Special Exception was granted by the Zoning
Board of Appeals on October 15, 1992; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Site Plan Regulations
of the Town of Southold have been met;
be it therefore,

RESOLVED, that the $outhold Town Planning Board grant final
approval and authorize the Chairman to sign the final survey
last revised on December 20, 1992, subject to a one year review
from the date of the Certificate of Occupancy.
Site must be constructed in accordance with the approved
plans. If conditions in the field prevent construction in
accordance with this approved site plan, please notify this
office before proceeding with construction.

The following took place at a meeting of the Southold Town Planning 8oard on Monday, July
29, 1996:
WHEREAS, the Brewer Yacht Yard at Oreenport, inc. is the owner of' the property known and
designated as Brewer Yacht Yard at the S/W/c of Manhannset Ave. and Beach Rd.; and
WHEREAS, this site plan was approved by the Planning Board on January 11, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the property owner is still implementing aspects of the approved plan, in
accordance with that plan; and
WHER~EAS, the site plan expired on January 11, 1996, and;
WHEREAS, a six month extension was granted, to expire on July 11, 1996, and;
WHEREAS, the Board finds that this plan is still in compliance with the Zoning Code; be it
therefore
RESOLVED that the Planning Board extends its site plan approval for a period of 12 months to
expire on July 11, 1997.
