Since I live in North Carolina, it would not be convenient for me to visit your office in order to examine the relevant documents. I am writing to find out whether you would be able to send me copies of several items I feel I need in order to know whether to support or oppose this petition. I would, of course, pay for all costs involved in making this accomodation.
