FLEMING and MARY L. FLEMING, his wife, residing at 6485 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport, New York 14450, party of the first part and VASILIOS ROUFANIS, residing at 5301 Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11220, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release mato the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
