APPELT , late of Orient, New York deceased, party of the first part, and DARLINE B. Edwards, South 53e 29' 10" West, 247.35 1000 feet to land of Robert Gillispie; SECTION thence along lands of Gillispie and McCammond, North 37e 08' 30" West, 328.22 018.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BLOCK SUBJECT TO a right of way over the westerly 15 feet and a right of way over the 06.00 easterly 10 feet of the premises herein described extending from the Main Road to LOT other lands formerly of George L. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Sectien 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first`parf Will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the sam_g first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
