WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, known as Lot 11 on a certain map entitled, "Map

412.16 feet northerly, northeasterly and easterly from the northerly
end of a line connecting the northeasterly side of King Street and

northeasterly corner of lot 10 on the aforesaid map;
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East along the
southerly side of Old Farm Road, 190.00 feet;
THENCE South 04 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East, 347.68 feet;
THENCE North 80 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West, 196 .01 feet;
THENCE North 04 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West, 299.50 feet to
the southerly side of Old Farm Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part and

10168 cp 265. The party of the first part is the surviving tenant

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sn•ne for
auy other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties” whenever the sense of this inde tpre so requires.
