A. For new building or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or
topographic features.
2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal (S_9 form).
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate
of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what so ever until the Building Inspector
issues a Certificate of Occupancy·
f. Every building permit shall expire if the work authorized has not commenced within 12 months after the date of
issuance or has not been completed within 18 months from such date· If no zoning amendments or other regulations affecting the
property have been enacted in the interim, the Building Inspector may authorize, in writing, the extension of the permit for an
addition six months. Thereafter, a new permit shall be required·

MINIBARN ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut and square 2 pressure treated bottom ribbon
boards to 12'-0' or 16'-0'.
2. Cut and square 2 top ribbon beards to 12'-0'
or 16'-0'.
3. Nail the bottom ribbon board to one standard frame
using 16<:1 nails. See Illustration A tot location.
4. Nail the bottom ribbon boards to the balance of
the standard frames.
5. Nail the top ribbon boards, to the standard frames
es shown on illustration A.
6. Cut and nail in place 5/8' flpor sheathing, using
8d nails, as shown on lilu~ration B. (Deluxe
Package Only)
7. Cut side wall sheathing and nail in place using 8d
siding nails. See jllustralion C for cutting details.
8. Cut and square front and mar ~ wail framing.
Toe nail in place using 16d nails. See illustrations
D and E for details.
9. Cut and install roof sheathing using 8d nails.
See illustration F for cutting details.
10, Cut front and rear wall sheathing and nail in
place using 4d nails. See illustrations G and H for
nutting instructions.
11. Assemble the door panels. Screw through the
backside o! the door panel into the lx4 door trim
using the 1V.' screws provided. See Illustration I
for instructions.
12. Cut and nail waforboard soffit in plane using
8d siding nails.
13. Apply I x4 trim to comers and rake using 8d
siding nails.
14. Apply I x4 trim around door oponfng using 8d
siding nails.
