RUNNING THENCE along said easterly side of Rackett's Court,North 32 degrees, 34 minutes,40 seconds East 148.22 feet to the point or place of Beginning. TOGETHER with the right to the use(in common with others)of the aforesaid private road known as ckett's Court abutting said premises on the westerly line. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to ALFRED W. ROSE and ELIZABETH H.
