land now or formerly of Mary Cambourakis;
THENCE along said land, North 89 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East,
200. 00 feet to the westerly side of Cedar Drive;
THENCE along the westerly side of Cedar Drive, South 10 degrees 46
minutes 00 seconds East, 196. 44 feet to the point or place of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
DISTRICT the first part and Charles E. Morand by deed from William Holecek
1000 dated 3/3/70 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
4/27/70 in Liber 6734 page 414.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
