THIS INDENTURE, made the 12th day of March, nineteen hundred and ninety-seven
BETWEEN
HENRY F. VAN WYCK, JR., residing at 34 Sunset Lane, Greenport, New York
party of the first part, and
HENRY F. VAN WYCK, JR. and NANCY J. VAN WYCK, husband and wife, both residing at
34 Sunset Lane, Greenport, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Orchard Street distant 420.36 from the
intersection of the easterly line of Village Lane iyith the northerly line of Orchard Street, and
RUNNING THENCE North 11 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East 277.92 feet along land now
or formerly of King Estate and land now or formerly of Schriever to a point;
THENCE South 85 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 53.79 feet along other land now or
formerly of Schriever;
THENCE South 09 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 276.62 feet along land now or formerly
ofMosblech;
THENCE North 95 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West 66.47 feet along the northerly side of
Orchard Street to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated March 23, 1988 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April
7, 1988 in Liber 10578 page 236.
