a surviving tenant by the entirety of EMILY E. FALTIN, who died on September 24, 1995, while a
resident of Suffolk County, New York

WILLIAM S. FALTIN, JR., presently residing at 307 Lynn Avenue, East Northport, New York 11731
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, and being Lot No. 30
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Green Acres at Orient," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
.County of Suffolk on April 13, 1962 as Map No. 3540. Said Lot No. 30 is fronted on Greenway East
of 130.81 feet and 130.00 feet in the rear, 150.00 feet on the southside and 164.57 feet on the north side,
DISTRICT together with the use of the roads and area reserved for beach and parking purposes as shown on said
1000 map in common with others.
SECTION BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
015.00 -July 5, 1968 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 10, 1968 in Liber 6379 at page
179 and re-recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 1968 in Liber 6429 at page 385.
BLOCK Said premises is known as 1150 Greenway East, Orient, New York 11957.

THIS CONVEYANCE is subject to a life estate for the benefit of WILLIAM S. FALTIN, SR.
LOT Notwithstanding the reservation of such life estate, the party of the first part shall be responsible for all
010.000 carrying charges, maintenance, repairs, and all other expenses arising from such property during the term
of such life estate.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The Nvord "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
