northerly as measured along the easterly side of Halyoake Road from the corner formed by the
intersection of the easterly side of Halyoake Road and the northerly side of Orchard Street; said
point also being the intersection of the division line of Lots 9 and 10 on the above mentioned
map and the easterly side of Halyoake Road,
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Halyoake Road, North 40 degrees 42 minutes 40
seconds East, 272.01 feet to the approximate center line of a 50 foot right of way;
THENCE along the approximate center line of a 50 foot right of way, the following four courses
and distances:
1. South 88 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds East, 152.51 feet;
2. Along an arc of a curve, bearing to the left, having a radius of 280 feet a distance along said
curve of 239.46 feet;

lots 9 and 10 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along the last above mentioned division line, North 49 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds
West, 423.68 feet to the easterly side of Halyoake Road and the point or place of BEGINNING.
The Grantor herein being the same person as the named Grantee in a certain deed dated 4/15/92
and recorded 5/22/92 in Liber 11470, cp 558.
