BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Road where the same is
intersected by the division line between Lots 20 and 21 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Road South 78 degrees 30
minutes East 125 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 1 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds East 260 feet to the high
water mark of the Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE Westerly along the same the tie line of which bears North 78
degrees 30 minutes West and has a length of 125 feet to the division line between
