WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ix*e at East Marion in the Town of Southold, County of Suf-
folk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road where the
easterly line of land now or formerly of Ketcham and the westerly
line of the land described herein intersects same, said beginning
point also being distant 64_ .65 feet easterly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road and' the east-
erly side of Kayleigh Court;
RUNNING THENCE along said line of land now or formerly of Ketcham
. North l degree 55 minutes 00 seconds West, 125. 38 feet to land now
or formerly of Tuthill;
THENCE along said last mentioned land North 87 degrees 38 minutes
50 seconds East, 84. 2B feet to land now or formerly of Schaumburg;
THENCE along said last mentioned land South 1 degree 34 minutes 10
seconds East, 141 .65 feet to the northerly side of Main Road;
THENCE along the northerly side of Main Road North 81 degrees 18
minutes 20 seconds West, 64. 87 beet to the point or place of BEGIN-
NING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated November 8, 1991 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 20, 1991
in Liber 11372 page 519.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall he construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
