agents, to make applications necessary for the following approvals and to make such
inquiries and submissions as may be required for approval of a) a variance application to
the Town of Southold Zoning Board of Appeals, b) lot line change applications to the
Town of Southold Planning Board, c) lot line change or realty subdivision applications to
the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, d) water service from Suffolk County
Water Authority, and e) approvals from any other authorities or agencies having
jurisdiction over said promises, and f) for any other matters required to obtain the lot line
