concrete monument is also the southeasterly corner of premises
now or formerly of Ralph Latham;

formerly of Ralph Latham, 205 feet more or less , to the ordina
high water mark of Pete Neck Creek;
THENCE easterly along said ordinary high water mark of Pete Ne• '

George Latham, 260 feet more or less to an iron pipe set on th
northerly line of a parcel of land; now or formerly of George
Latham, and reserved by said George Latham for the use of lot

feet to a concrete monument set on said northerly line of said

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party o
the first part of, in and to the land under water in Pete Neck
Creek lying contiguous to said premises .
TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress across the
road owned by the party of the first part running through "Lit]
Woods" from the property herein above conveyed to King Street .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the par
of the first part by a deed dated 29th of July, 1953 and recor(,
in the records of the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office 26th of Ma}
1961 in Liber 4991 Page 580 .
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to a�
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETF]T
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the secom
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffer,
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day an
