The proposed interior stabilization work on the out-building, as depicted on the structural stabilization plan prepared by East End Design Assoc. dated April 24, 2010, does not require a permit from this office. Please be advised that any work on the exterior of the out-building and/or other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary will require a further review by this office.
