Dear Mr. Nickles:
An inspection of the above-referenced properly was conducted on Apdl 21, 2010
at it was determined that the dilapidated out-building is within the jurisdiction of
the Board of Trustees under Chapter 275-Wetland &' Shoreline of the Town
Code.
The proposed interior stabilization work on the out-building, as depicted on the
structural stabilization plan prepared by East End Design Assoc. dated April 24,
2010, does not require a permit from this office.
Please be advised that any work on the exterior of the out-building and/or other
activity within 100' of the wetland boundary will require a further review by this
office.

I herby request that a Jurisdictional Inspection be conducted at the above captioned
premises to determine whether the structure(a dilapidated out building ) is within your
jurisdiction. There is an unsafe building violation attached to the structure. It is the intent
of the property owner to stabilize the structure in order to obtain a pre C of O from the
building department. Please advise me of your decision at your earliest convenience.
You already have on file the survey and the Assessor's property card. Thank you very
much in advance for your courtesy in this matter.
