The proposed interior stabilization work on the out-building, as depicted on the structural stabilization plan prepared by East End Design Assoc. dated April 24, 2010, does not require a permit from this office. Please be advised that any work on the exterior of the out-building and/or other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary will require a further review by this office. There is an unsafe building violation attached to the structure. It is the intent of the property owner to stabilize the structure in order to obtain a pre C of O from the building department.
