I have included the $250 fee associated with the new permit as not to slow down the process. Please alert me to anything I have left out that will delay the process. As I explained we are on a tight schedule in order to comply with the DEC for another pending permit. If at all possible, we also ask the board of trustees to draft a permission letter to go along with the permit allowing us to wick, enviromnentally safe method of chemical application, the stalks of Phragmites which was our initial intent. The DEC has asked that we get this in writing from the town to go along with the initial permission letter they had given us allowing for the cuttings. Thank you very much for all of your help and the expedition of this permit. Lori Luscher Pr~iT~
