THIS INDENTURE, made the t^ day of Febtuary, 1998 BETWEEN
SOUND REHABILITATION CONTRACTORS, INC., a New York corporation having its offices at
1820 Truman's Path, East Marion, New York, 11939
party of the first part,
JENNIFER B. GOULD, residing at 1820 Truman's Path, East Marion, New York, 11939
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the
SEE SCHEDULE `A' ANNEXED HERETO
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a 25 foot wide right-of-way, distant 200.0 feet westerly
along said 25 foot wide right-of-way from the westerly boundary line of land now or formerly of
Stavrolakes, said point and place of beginning also being the division line between the within described
premises and land now or formerly of Bollman, where same intersects the southerly side of the said 25 foot
right-of-way;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Bollman, south 29 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds east
210.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Gardiner's Bay,
THENCE along said high water mark along a tie line south 34 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds west 42.57
feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Foster, north 29 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds west 217.0 feet to
the southerly side of the 25 foot right-of-way mentioned above,
THENCE along said 25 foot wide right-of-way north 43 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds east 40.00 feet to
the point and place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH and subject to a fight-of-way over said 25 foot wide right-of-way from the
northwesterly corner of the premises easterly about 240 feet to said land now or formerly of Stavrolakes;
thence northerly 25 feet in width along said land now or formerly of Stavrolakes about 1 100 feet to land
now or fbrtrterly of Florence Tuthill; thence northerly still along said land formerly of Welsh 16 feet in width
over said land now or formerly of Tuthill and over land now or formerly of Griffing to the Main Road
(Route 25).
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises to John C. Williams.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made in the ordinary course of business of the party of the first part.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
April 8, 1986 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 15, 1986 in Liber 10017
