Re: Lieb Cellars (with Palmer) Proposed Winery 1000-97-1-11.4.
As an update to the file, Attorney Gall Wickham confirmed that Lieb
is in contract to purchase property from Palmer. Gall has indicated
she will be submitting more information at the hearing.
Re: Interpretation Request of BuildinQ Deoartment - Generic/Town
Wide. Question: Does Section 100-2S9 - Land Clearing apply to
vacant land in all zones? Comments on prior actions by
Department(s) would be appreciated to show how projects have
been previously decided, and each Department's recommendations
should be submitted before September 24, 1998.
