As part of the application, the applicant proposes to remove and replace a portion of an existing church steeple to match the existing church building on a 0.91-acre site located in the R-40 Zoning District. Attachments: Draft ZBA Comments Project name: Aries Estates/Tully SCTM#: 1000-22-3-2 Location: The property is located at the westerly terminus of a private right-of-way which extends north from Kayleigh's Court in East Marion. Description: This proposal is for a standard subdivision of an 11.4418-acre parcel into two lots, where Lot 1 equals 3.7362 acres, including 1.4354 acres of open space, and Lot 2 equals 7.6786 acres, including 5.0872 acres of open space, in the R-80 Zoning District. Status: Sketch Approval Action: Discuss site visit.
