BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated 12/27/94 from Winifred L. Stewart, which was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 11707 page 988 on 12/27/94 and by deed dated 1/16/95 from Winifred L. Stewart, which was recorded in the aforesaid Office in Liber 11711 page 97 on 1/18/95.
