QUITCLAIM DEED
The terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include their respective heirs, devisees,
personal representatives, successors and assigns; any gender shall include all
genders, the plural number the singular and the singular, the plural.
THIS INDE14TURF made this IVIA day of July, A.D. 1998, by and between
WILLIAM J. HEINS and EVELYN M. HEINS, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as Grantor,
and
WILLIAM J. HEINS and EVELYN M. HEINS, Trustees of the WILLIAM J.
HEINS AND EVELYN M. HEINS LIVING TRUST dated July *30P _, 1998, whose
post office address is 5244 South Riverview Drive, Homosassa,
Florida 34448, hereinafter referred to as Grantee,
WITNESSETH: Grantor, in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other
valuable considerations to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby release, remise and quitclaim to Grantee any and
all of the right, title and interest of Grantor in and to the following described
property:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Orient, in the Town of Soutlaold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly
side of Main Street with the easterly side of Oysterponds Lane;
running thence easterly along the southerly side of Main Road on the
arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 1,066.23 feet
a distance of 86.07 feet Ito the northwest corner of land now or
formerly of King; thence South 26deg.48'50" West along said land now
or formally of King 111.50 :feet to land now or formerly of Rackett;
thence North 72deg 29114011 West along said land now or formerly of
Rackett 88.11 feet to the easterly side of Oysterponds Lane; thence
North 28deg 13100" East along the easterly side of Oysterponds Lane,
108.52 feet to the point or place of Beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed dated
April 24, 1979 and recorded in Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on ;May 3, 1979 in Liber 863.9 page 252.
