6 and 7 as shown on said map intersects the easterly side of Stars Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Stars Road 10 degrees

THENCE South 10 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, 102 . 01 feet;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed dated 11/27/95, and recorded on 11/30/95 in Liber
11752 of deeds at page 227 , in the County Clerlc' s Office of Suffolk
