The highway known as WILLOW DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS", a shown and designated, on a certain map entitled "Map of Homestead Acres at Greenport", situate at Greenport in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk with the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1986, as Map Number 8150. Land and Development Corp.~ THENCE South 04 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West along said land now or formerly of J.M.S. Land and Development Corp., 89.91 feet; THENCE South I0 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds East partly along said land now or formerly of J.M.S.
