WE, SCHEMBRI HOMES, INC.,.*being owners of certain land in the Town of Southold,
*with offices at 2042 North Country Road, Wading River, New York 11792
Suffblk County, New York, and included within which land are proposed highwa.vs known as
WILLOW DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS" described in the above entitled matter dated
September 20, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to us in hand paid by
Raymond L. Jacobs, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in further
consideration of laying out of the new highway known as WILLOW DRIVE and "DRAINAGE
AREAS" do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all the land heretofore owned
by us within said proposed highway as follows:
1. The highway known as WILLOW DRIVE and "DRAINAGE AREAS", a shown
and designated, on a certain map entitled "Map of Homestead Acres at Greenport", situate at
Greenport in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, filed in the Office of the County
Clerk of Suffolk with the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1986, as Map
Number 8150.
And we do release the said Town of Southold from all damages by reason of the layout of

DRAINAQE EASEMENT
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, near the Village of Greenport, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, being known and designated as "Drainage Area" as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Homestead Ac(es at Greenport", filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1989 as Map No. 8150, which said
drainage area is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Willow Drive at the
extreme northerly end of and arc of a curve which comxects the northerly side of
Willow Drive with the easterly side of Willow Drive;
RUNNING THENCE North 02 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East along
the Easterly side of Willow Drive, 125.00 feet to the southerly side of an "Open
Space" area shown on the aforesaid map;
THENCE South 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East along the southerly
side of said "Open Space" area, 239.08 feet to land now or formerly of J.M.S.
Land and Development Corp.~
THENCE South 04 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West along said land
now or formerly of J.M.S. Land and Development Corp., 89.91 feet;
THENCE South I0 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds East partly along said
land now or formerly of J.M.S. Land and Development Corp. and partly along the
westeriy side of Homestead Way as shown on Map of Eastern Shores, Sec. 2,
61.70 feet to the northerly side of Willow Drive;
THENCE North 87 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds West along the
northerly side of Willow Drive, 224.74 feet to the extreme easterly end of the arc
of the curve first above mentioned;
THENCE along said arc of the curve first above mentioned bearing torShe
right haying a radius of 25.0 feet a distance of 39.27 feet to the easterly side
Willow Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING.
