ROBERT STOCCO, residing at 344 Martin Drive, West Islip, NY, and
ROSE GIARRAPUTO, residing at 1425 Soundview Road, Orient, MY

NY and DEBRA FAHEY, residing at 20 Bonarck Lane, Nesconset,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

on November 21, 1957 as Map No. 2777 and being more particularly bounded and
described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Sound View Road where the same is
intersected by the division line of said Lot 18 and Lot 19 and from said point
of beginning running thence along the Northerly side of Sound View Road South 85
degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East 25.Offet;
THENCE North 1 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds East 260.0 feet to the ordinary high
water mark of Long Island Sound;
THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound north 85 degrees
57 minutes 40 seconds west 25.0 feet;
THENCE still along the high water mark north 78 degrees 30 minutes west 75 feet;
THENCE South 1 degree 02 minutes 20 seconds West 260.0 feet to the northerly
side of Sound view Road;
THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Road South 78 degrees 30 minutes
East 75 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with the
building and improvements thereon erected in and to ROSE GIARRAPUTO, one of the
parties of the first part, solely for the use and occupancy of said ROSE
GIARRAPUTO.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
