ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Martituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known as loft4 156 on map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates", filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map No. 1672 on January 19, 1949, which said lot on the said filed map is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Central Drive forming the intersection of lot nos. ]55 and 156 on thc said
filed map;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Central Drive South 86 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East, 90.0 feet to
the westerly side of lot no. 157 on the said map;
THENCE along the westerly side of said lot no. 157 South 3 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West, 120.0 feet to the
northerly side of lot no. 164 on the said map;
THENCE along the northerly side of said lot no. 164 North 86 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West, 90.0 feet to the
