parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the par~ of the first part, in consideration of ten ($10.00) dollars paid by the paxty of the second part, does

BEGINNING at a point marking the intersection of the westerly side of Nassau Point Road and the northerly side of Wunneweta
Road;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Wunneweta Road the tic lines being:
a) S. 78° 36 minutes 20 seconds west, 90 feet;
b) N. 83° 59 minutes 30 seconds weat, 141.28 feet;
c) N. 61 ° 55 minutes west 43.64 feet to the easterly side of Baybor~ Road;
THENCE along the easterly side of Bayberry Road, the tie line being north 9° 6 minutes west. 99.90 feet to Lot 134;

Suffolk County Land and Tax map as Dis~ct 1000, Section 111.00, Block 12.00 Lot 005.002.
TOGETHER with all right, rifle and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any slxecns and roads abutting the above
described premises to the center lines thereof}, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the par~y of the first
pan in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the pan5' of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part foreven
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the patty of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the rum pan will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to bo applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the to[al of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be eonstraed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
