BEGINNING at a post set on the easterly line of private road known
as Orchard Lane, said point being 263. 37 feet southerly along said
easterly line from the southerly line of Main' Road, and being the
southwesterly corner of land of the parties of the first part and

running thence along said easterly line of Orchard Lane north 39
degrees 06 minutes west 15.40 feet; thence along land of the parties
of the first part north 37 degrees 47 minutes east 90.70 feet to
land of Dykevitz; thence along land of Dykevitz south 39 degrees 08
minutes 20 seconds east 15.40 feet to a pipe and land of the parties
of the second part; thence along land of the ,par.ties .of. the.second
part south 37 degrees 47 minutes west 90.68 feet to the point or
place of beginning.

This conveyance is subject to 'Douglas Rogers and Jean Rogers, his
wife, holding a life estate during their lifetimesin the subject
